Woven in mulberry silk and silver zari of 98.5% purity and electroplated with 24 carat gold, this saree is called ‘Vaidehi’ conveying the purity of Goddess Sita.
The design woven across the saree in zari is called ‘Jangla’ and its origin can be traced to early nineteen-century Banarasi textiles. With the use of a striking modern border, Swati & Sunaina Gold have given a contemporary touch to this traditional textile design. The saree has been woven using the ‘kadhua’ technique which took more than six weeks to complete.
Only natural fibers and eco-friendly dyeing has been used in the production of this saree.

This is a single edition piece, ensuring exclusivity and uniqueness. Any anomalies in the product are a part of the hand weaving process. We have taken great care to ensure the colours are true to the product but different screens may display them differently.
