Woven in mulberry silk and silver zari of 98.5% purity and electroplated with 24 carat gold, this saree is made from a gossamer textile commonly known as Muslin.
This fabric is created using a fine cotton yarn of 2/200 count yarn in warp and weft. This textile very popular for its sheerness and softness. The butis on the textile are in pure zari and are woven in the 'kadhua' technique.
This border woven in pure zari that has a play of circular shapes within the border and coloured silk weaving to create relief in the pattern. The design has been woven using the fabled 'kadhua' weave.
The design is a modern interpretation of an antique textile. Only natural fibers and Eco-friendly dyes have been used in the production of the saree.
