Woven in mulberry silk and silver zari of 98.5% purity and electroplated with 24 carat gold, this saree is called Radha as the play of peacocks is reminiscent of the playfulness of Radha and Krishna.
Kadhuwa technique is employed to weave the intricate jangla interspersed with peacocks. A heavy meenakari border completes the saree. The saree was produced on a 240 hook jacquard and a pit loom.
Only natural fibers and Eco-friendly dyes have been used in the production of the saree.
